All products sold by DGO Automation are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory warranties. Defective product claims must be reported within thirty (30) days of delivery. Please contact us at Info@DGOAutomation.com to obtain a Return Authorization prior to sending your return. Items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded nor returned to the sender. Shipping is the customer’s responsibility except in the event of an error on our part.

 Lead time for all orders are 5-10 business days after purchase.
If you wish to use your own courier, please provide the shipping account number on the purchase order and no shipping charges will be added to your order.
